The creator Suzie Cuthbertson, discovered this innate structure of the human mind, and found that working with shadow parts and combining this with EFT tapping creates transformation in clients even when nothing else has worked for their money mindset.
I had already made millions.
On paper, I had built the dream. I had proven I could do it. I was living the life I once worked relentlessly for, and yet my body - full of anxiety, feeling like I couldn't hold it, thinking the more I got the more responsibility I had to take on and so at one point my body said no.
I remember sitting there thinking, when does this actually start to feel good?
Because it didn’t.
Anything related to money triggered me. Investments felt scary. Fluctuations felt catastrophic. Even when income was strong, I was bracing for loss. I wasn’t operating from leadership. I was operating from a younger part of me that believed it could all disappear overnight.
Grief. Shame. Disappointment led me to feel I had to work harder.
So I started shrinking. I pulled back on decisions. I hesitated on investments. I stopped trusting myself. And slowly, without even realising it, I stopped dreaming bigger. Not because I lacked ambition, but because my nervous system did not trust me with expansion.
That was the moment I understood this wasn’t about strategy. It wasn’t about working harder or fixing my mindset. It was about identity, trauma, and the shadow patterns I had never addressed when the money first arrived.
I had made millions, but I had never felt safe holding them.
I started to hit income plateaus and then ceilings in my business and so one day I just had enough.
So I did the deeper work, built a system I use daily. I shifted 100k debt in 12 months. All of my companies started to perform. Multi 6 Figures across brands and 7+ figures now to date.
But no amount of money mindset or surface level work shifted me or my clients like this. It was RAPID.
When those parts shifted, everything shifted.
The anxiety stopped running through my decisions. The panic around money softened. My body began to feel steady again. And the seven-figure expansion that followed did not collapse under pressure. It stabilised.
